Description

Spot cheddar, milk, and margarine in a medium pot over low warmth. Cook until cheddar has liquefied, mixing regularly. Mix in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to taste. Include more milk if plunge is excessively thick.
