Description
Pink salmon or humpback salmon is a types of anadromous fish in the salmon family. They have the qualification of being the littlest of the Pacific salmon, averaging just around 4 pounds. They have the other qualification of being the most inexhaustible Pacific salmon – more are taken by business anglers than some other salmon species. It has light pink substance, a gentle flavor and a lower oil content than Sockeye salmon. They are not considered as high a nature of fish as Sockeye salmon, yet are a decent, moderate choice.
